PhysAssist VP streamlines the dictation process, pulling the patient's demographic profile in from the practice management system for each scheduled encounter and automatically loads it on the PDA. To dictate the physician simply taps on the patient's name and begins talking. The information is recorded and stored digitally. The physician does not have to worry about redundantly entering patient information. All pertinent data is automatically attached to the voice dictation for the selected patient. The physician simply taps and speaks. PhysAssist VP takes care of the rest, optimizing both the physician's and transcriptionist's time, accuracy, and efficiency.

Using wireless technology with secure encryption, the physician can upload saved dictations anytime, from virtually any PC. When received by the transcriptionist the associated text files auto-populate with the correct spelling of the patient name, chart number, etc. saving further time and ensuring consistency.
